Five on Friday!

Happy Friday! How did this week fly by? It was my spring break and I feel like this week just started! But I guess since this week passed by so fast, finals week will pass by fast too...right? Anyways so this week I realized...I have been eatting a lot of my leftover Cadberry eggs. I never thought I would say this but I have got to lay off them for a a while... So now to work off all those Easter chocolates/deviled eggs, I am going to show you my top 5 work outs/ favorite work out drinks/ music! :)

1.) Work out playlist :: I cant have even a decent workout if I dont have great music. I have to have some sort of music. So I made my playlist on Rdio for you guys! :) Disclaimer:: If you dont enjoy old Britney, you may not enjoy running to most of my playlist... Click here for el workout playlist! 

2.) Comfy workout clothes :: No matter what exercising I am doing I am in something comfy. I love the Xersion line on activewear from JCPenney!

3.) Cassey Ho at Blogilates :: When I cant get ot the gym or I cant run or when I want to do both running and sculpting, I go to Cassey. She is awesome. She knows what she is talking about and has son great workouts! Click here to workout with Cassey!
Her body is pretty bangin too so it helps motivate you and say you want to look like her! :) 

4.) Make a smoothie. Working out and getting off that Easter candy isnt going to be easy. So when you are dying for that last Reese's egg, think of a smoothie instead. 
Of course this isnt my picture because I am a bad blogger. But it is someone's out there! 
I love the combo of raspberries and peaches. You just need green yogurt, raspberries, peaches, ice! Put it all together in the blender and BAM! Its smoothie time! 

5.) Actual running. You could always go for the traditional running that is probably the best thing for you to do. Enjoy the nature around you because at Spring time, there is plenty of it!

  2. I make a smoothie every morning before I go to work. It's a great way to get fruit in your system and it always hold off the hunger until lunch!
